The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College was founded in 1951. After 65 years of construction and development, it has become a comprehensive teaching hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care, rehabilitation and first aid, with strong treatment capabilities, high scientific research level and international exchange capabilities. It is the first tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province to pass the national new round of evaluation, and has gradually developed into an emerging brand hospital in Shaanxi Province in recent years. The hospital is centered around the main campus and also manages the Fengdong New City Textile Hospital (Fengdong Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College). The hospital has established two medical consortia, Fengdong New City and Lianhu District Public Hospital, including four secondary hospitals, ten community health service centers, and one health center.
