Nowadays, many large hospitals, such as some special places such as operating rooms, laboratories, etc., have higher requirements for the safety of operating room doors. They not only need auxiliary safety measures, such as safety transmission devices, but also need active safety measures, such as making correct regulations on the power characteristics of doors. So how can we ensure its safety and stability when installing the operating room door?

      1. Installation of slots and tracks

For operating room induction doors equipped with guiding lower tracks, it is advisable to level and mark the floor during construction. Wooden beams should be accurately embedded in the position of the automatic door lower track, and attention should be paid to the length of the wooden beams being greater than twice the width of the opening door. It is not advisable to use a back cut groove to ensure the quality of the groove and the aesthetic appearance of the junction between the lower track and the floor. If the electric door track of the operating room is installed on a welded iron dragon skeleton, the overall skeleton material of the automatic door should use square iron pipes with a wall thickness of several millimeters or more, or other materials with equivalent firmness.

2. Choose excellent products

The technology content of operating room doors is relatively high, and the reliability of their mechanical, automated, or intelligent devices varies greatly, resulting in a significant price difference. In order to ensure normal use with few malfunctions, durability, and safety, it is advisable to choose products from large brand manufacturers as much as possible. When installing the skeleton of the operating room door, it is necessary to ensure that the overall skeleton is horizontal, vertical, firm, and tightly secured. The surface for installing the track should be flat and free of burrs.

3. Installation of operating room door crossbeam

The installation of the upper crossbeam of the operating room electric door is an important part of the installation process. The chassis for installing mechanical and electrical control devices is fixed on it. Therefore, it is required that the beam and the connection between the beam and the hole side have a certain strength, rigidity, and stability. If the design degree is insufficient in the early construction drawings, it is necessary to contact the design personnel to implement it during the construction of the main structure. The embedded parts connected at both ends of the crossbeam should be reliably fixed in the steel reinforcement components. If the operating room sensing door is installed on a load-bearing wall or other accessory, ensure that the aluminum alloy track is installed horizontally, vertically, and firmly. During installation, pay attention to keeping it level with an error of less than one millimeter, as uneven force may occur when the crossbeam is not level, resulting in reduced machine life.

In short, we need to be very careful when purchasing and installing operating room doors, so that they have the necessary characteristics to isolate the environment on both sides of the door, such as noise, air flow, and radiation, and ensure good airtightness.
